Kovati takes a pragmatic approach to investing. The size of investment we seek is dependant on the type of investment and structure of the deal but we do not usually invest in less than 40 percent equity and are likely to seek co-investors for investments greater than GBP 500k whom we believe will bring additional commercial expertise.
