KOVATI HAITI APPEAL- You would be hard pressed to not be aware of the incredible death, destruction and suffering that has befallen the people of Haiti recently after a devastating earthquake struck on January 12th. The scenes of dead bodies lying in the street, hospitals massively overwhelmed and children in need of help will surely be burned in our memories for a long long time.
At times like this sometimes people turn off the TV and try to do something else to take their mind off what they have seen. After all, what can be done to help people thousands of miles away? The answer is a lot can be done by even the smallest gesture.
We are asking you to donate whatever you can afford to the Disasters Emergency Committee Haiti Appeal. If only a small percentage of Kovati's 4k daily users donate we will have made a difference that can help these desperate people. Kovati is pledging £5,000 for its part.
